The fractional - CTO model is based on a the retainer model.

Get billed the same every month (at about the same as a mid-level dev’s salary) with no commitment beyond the following 30 days to continue. Hours are accumulated and used up as necessary. If we go over the hours no big deal because we have to get work done, if there are hours left over, same thing…in the end it all comes out in the wash My clients have used me for a variety of tasks:

- recruiting
- coaching

- what ever else I think the client needs to succeed.

There are two packages I offer:

10 hours a week ($12K/Month)
5 hours a week ($6K/Month)

The minimum is to meet daily, otherwise mistakes can happen and those mistakes can be costly. You get served by a 20+ years of experience, when you you need it, and can hold out until you do.

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering ($5-10k/Month)

• Access to me 9-5 (GMT) every business day
